Products
How does it work?
Is that simple. Just choose your favorite portrait from our extensive collection, upload the best pic of your 4 legs companion, and voilà. We will work on it and give you an initial design in 2-3 days. If you decide to accept our design, we will send it to the printer right away.
What if I don’t like the design?
If you are not satisfied with our initial draft, we will follow your feedback and send you an improved version. If you are still not convinced we can continue this process indefinitely or until you decide to cancel your order. In that case we will refund you in full.
Can I use pictures from my phone?
Of course you can ! We know you have many photos of your furry friend everywhere, if you need some help choosing the best one, we advise you to follow our guide here.
Do you only do cats and dogs?
Nope. Our artists are incredibly talented and can design a portrait for any animal no matter the species or the breed.
What if my photo is not good enough?
We know it’s difficult to find the perfect photo, but if you follow those simple tips you can improve the quality and outcome of the final product:
– Make sure there’s no blur. We know it’s difficult but try to get your pet to sit or stay still.
– Try to include as much natural light as possible. Flash is not advised.
– Close up photos at eye level with your pet work best.
– Show us your pet in all his or her glory. Make sure long floppy ears are well in frame.
In any case you should not worry, If there’s an issue with your photo, we’ll let you know very quickly via email.
Can I add an accessory to my portrait?
Sorry but we can’t offer to add things like accessories or perform major edits such as opening a closed mouth or adding floppy ears.
However, if your pet is wearing an accessory or a collar in the original photo, we will try to include it in the final product.
Can I change the background color of my canvas?
I’m sorry but we try to keep the portrait as close to the original design as possible. We advise you to choose the best portrait also based on the color of your pet fur.

What are the sizes of canvas?
We print on to three different sized canvas frames. Each frame is high quality and uses eco-friendly materials. All canvas frames have a gallery standard depth of 1.25″ thickness.
The dimensions are:
8×10″ – 20×25cm

Does the canvas come with a frame?
Yes you can choose to install a frame on your canvas. We offer three different wooden frames colors: black, white and brown.
Of which material are the canvas?
Our superior framed canvas prints feature a 38mm (1.5”) stretched canvas within a traditional picture frame. The simple addition of a wooden picture frame gives a completely different ‘look’ to your Giclée printed wall art; quite distinct to a standard print on demand canvas.
The thin frame sits approximately 5mm (0.20”) from the edge of the canvas helping to create a floating border. Our framed canvas prints are highly recommended for photography and statement images.
For inhouse canvas production we use European knotless pine frames. This frame is extremely hard wearing and does not warp, unlike many of the cheap online alternatives.
Each canvas stretcher frame is milled with a curved profile and rounded edges. This shape helps to minimize contact with the front face of the canvas, preventing unsightly impression marks and surface cracking.
Our canvas frames are all fully finger-jointed. This means that longer frames are made from several lengths of wood pressure-jointed together, helping the frame to resist warping. This combination of techniques helps ensure our canvas frames are exceptionally straight, even at the largest sizes.
Where required, wooden ‘wedges’ are added to each corner; ensuring your canvas print remains taut. These tensioning wedges are also particularly useful when re-stretching larger prints, which can relax over time.
Orders & Shipping
When will I receive my order?
For all canvas and framed canvas, it usually takes between 7 to 9 days from the moment you place the order to your door steps (UK and France).
The delivery time is composed by:
Creation & Design: 48 hours.
Production: 72 – 120 hours.
Delivery: 48 hours.
The overall time may vary for different destination countries and can be impacted by the status of production and delivery network.

How much shipping cost?
We are glad to announce that delivery to UK and France is FREE !!!
Delivery to the rest of the world is 19,99€
Do you ship to P.O. addresses?
In the majority of cases we can ship to P.O. Box addresses. However couriers like FedEx, UPS and DPD cannot deliver to these types of addresses, and framed prints and canvases are often too big to go to P.O. Boxes (other than in Australia).
What kind of packaging do you provide?
Our unrivalled packaging standards ensure your customer receives their product in perfect condition. Protective sleeves, corner guards and heavy-duty recycled cardboard boxes are used to minimize the risk of breakages or transit damage.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your design has been printed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have any issue with your tracking number, please contact us for support.
Why was my order returned to sender?
Unfortunately it happens that some orders are returned to sender as nobody was home to sign for the parcel or an incomplete or incorrect shipping address was used during checkout.
Don’t worry, we’ll ship it back out to you free of charge.
How can I pay for my order?
You can process your order with all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and more. We also accept PayPal payments.
Can I cancel my order?
If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours by directly contacting us at support@fluffyframes.com and specifying your full name and order number. If 24 hours have passed, the cancellation will not be possible anymore.
Returns/Refunds
Can I ask for a refund?
Unfortunately, since all our designs are unique and personalized only for your pet we cannot accepts returns.
However, If you received the wrong product or if there was any issue with the delivery, eg. your package got lost or arrived damaged, we will give you the option to either receive a new one free of charge, or receive a full refund. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.

What if I don’t like the final product?
We strive to make you 100% satisfied by our work.
Remember, we offer unlimited revision before sending your portrait to the printers.
Once you receive the design by email you will have 3 days to confirm it or give us some feedback. If we don’t hear from you after 3 days, we assume you are happy with the results and we will send it to the labs.
What do you mean by ‘unlimited revisions’?
What we offers are small changes that can be done to the artwork. If you require a substantial change to the original portrait (e.g. new photo or background change) then you have an option to either change the photo OR change the subject only once for an order.
If you wish to make a big change more than once (e.g. new photo or subject change) our customer support team can send you an invoice of 10€ to cover the creation of the new design.
